Harvest Weekend At St Saviour's 11-13th October 2024

It's Harvest Weekend at St Saviour's!

First up is a concert today (Friday 11th) in Church from 7:30pm.  All the fantastic musicians are generously donating their time and talent for free to support our Linking Lives befriending project.  There is no charge to come and listen, but if you are able to make a donation to support Linking Lives that would be greatly appreciated.

On Sunday (13th) we have our Harvest Festival All Age and Parade service, which will be led by Revd Elizabeth.  As in previous years all the goods donated will be passed on to LEWCAS (Lewisham Churches for Asylum Seekers) for distribution to around 40 families from various countries suffering from conflict.  

LEWCAS would like to receive the following items:

Easy cook rice, pasta, red lentils, 

Tuna, sardines, corned beef,

Tinned tomatoes, beans, sweetcorn,

Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, flour,

Soap and toilet rolls 

If anyone would prefer to make a monetary donation on the day, we can pass this on to Christian Aid.
